The Fight For Art

It's all fine and well that Artists and Creatives are finding new homes and communities within Social Media and Web3 platforms, and distributing through NFTs and the blockchain,

But if you want art to be appreciated again like it once was in societies of old,

You HAVE TO push for living artistically to become normalised in society again.

This doesn't mean just hanging up more paintings in more public spaces, or playing more music in more spaces.

Being artistic means expressing anything and everything in more creative, unique ways.

If you really care about being artistic and creative you have to go out into the world and show people new ways of thinking, speaking, and perceiving reality around them.

Express your distaste for bland architecture, recycled bland melodies and subject matter in music, surface-level topics and discussions in conversation.

People will only value art and the things you have to create once you help them see how art can improve their life beyond just being background music in a coffee shop or an old worn out canvas in a waiting room.
